1. Software interface only
Kryvane Pay is a non-custodial software interface that generates Solana Pay payment requests and reads public blockchain data. Kryvane never holds, transmits or has access to your funds or private keys. Kryvane is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, exchange or financial institution.
2. No financial, legal or tax advice
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, accounting or tax advice. You are solely responsible for determining how digital asset payments are treated under the laws that apply to you, including tax, invoicing and consumer-protection rules.
3. Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed, refunded or cancelled by Kryvane. Always verify the recipient address, token and amount before approving a payment in your wallet. Sending funds to a wrong address may result in permanent loss.
4. Payment confirmation
Payment status is determined by reading public Solana RPC nodes and may be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate during network congestion, outages or reorganisations. A confirmation displayed by Kryvane is informational. Before delivering goods or services of significant value, verify the transaction independently in your wallet or a block explorer and wait for finality.
5. Stablecoin and market risk
Stablecoins such as USDC and PYUSD are issued by third parties and may lose their peg, be frozen, or become unavailable. SOL is highly volatile. Kryvane does not issue, endorse or guarantee any token and is not affiliated with Circle, PayPal, Paxos, Solana Labs or the Solana Foundation.
6. Third-party services
Kryvane depends on third-party RPC providers, wallets and price data sources which we do not control. We make no warranty regarding their accuracy, availability or security. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.
7. No warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kryvane and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of funds, revenue or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
9. Eligibility and compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this website is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for complying with sanctions, anti-money-laundering and other regulations that apply to you. The service is not directed at persons in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited.
10. Privacy
Kryvane does not require an account or wallet connection and does not store payment links or recipient details on its servers. Wallet addresses are public blockchain data. Basic, aggregated analytics may be collected to operate and improve the service.
11. Changes
We may update this disclaimer at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
